We lead with hospitality first, our drivers will only service one client at a time. We have a location tracking systems that will give us updates on when you estimated time of arrival is. 

 2 Cruze points is equal to 1 virtual dollar. Example 60points is 30 virtual dollars.

When you are all done an invoice will be emailed to the email provided, it will entail your novelty merch purchase. Please accept the payment and your gift will be included. 

On arrival, the driver will send a text message announcing they have arrived. Drivers are only allowed to wait 7 minutes if the receiving party is not available to receive order. Your order will be rescheduled and you will be charged as second delivery fee of $17.

YOUR RIGHT TO MONETARY DAMAGES IN THAT AMOUNT SHALL BE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER REMEDIES WHICH YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST US. 

FURTHERMORE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS’ FEES) IN ANY WAY DUE TO, RESULTING FROM, OR ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES OR THE FAILURE OF ANY PARTY TO PERFORM ITS OBLIGATIONS.
